Dental Implants

Dental Implants

Dental implants work as tooth replacements for teeth that are lost or damaged in an accident or due to old age. These implants are supported by your upper and lower jawbones, enabling these implants to stay in place.

Dental Implant Bridges

Implant Bridges

Individuals with damaged or missing teeth can undergo implant bridge treatment for a natural-looking, comfortable solution. An implant bridge is ideal for two or more consecutive missing teeth as the dental implants are replaced at the roots of the tooth directly and enhance jaw protection.

Full Arch Dental Implants

Full Arch Implants

Full mouth dental implants are ideal for substantial tooth loss as it replaces your full set of teeth with four to six implants to rebuild your smile. The process typically includes the placement of implants in the jawbone that act as anchors for the full mouth dental dental bridge.

All On 4 Plus Dental Implants

All On 4 Plus®

All On 4 Plus® Plus dental implants are an ideal treatment for most patients to replace damaged or missing teeth. It can help you regain the normal functions of your teeth while also restoring your beautiful smile.

Enhancing Your Smile with Precision-Guided Dental Implants

Technological advancements in dental health allow us to use computer-guided implant technology for precise, streamlined placement with outstanding results. This approach ensures less discomfort, faster recovery, and more predictable outcomes.

As part of the implant process, we use a cone beam CT scan, also known as a 3D scan, to capture detailed images of your teeth and jaw. These images allow our dentists to create a fully customised treatment plan tailored specifically to your needs.

With computer-guided surgery, we can accurately assess bone structure, nearby teeth, and soft tissue, ensuring precise implant placement, greater comfort, and long-term success.

Your Implant Journey Starts Here

Let us walk you through our implant journey towards your new smile.

Step 1. Consultation & Design

Your journey starts with a friendly consultation where our skilled dental team assesses your needs, pinpoints the issue, and discusses your objectives. We’ll see if All On 4 Plus® Plus is right for you.

Feel free to ask any questions and express your concerns, as our team is here to help and ensure you’re well-informed. If you decide on the treatment, we’ll scan your jaw and start crafting customised dental implants while planning the ideal treatment just for you.

Step 2. Preparation for Implant Surgery

Once everything is organised, you’ll be required to return two weeks prior to the surgery to have your records taken in readiness for the implant surgery.

These may include, but not limited to photos of your teeth & smile, pre-operative instructions for the surgery and general anaesthetic and a prescription of antibiotics.

During this visit we will also address any other questions you may have.

Step 3. Implant Placement

During this visit dental implants will be placed as required with or without general anaesthesia. If you are having All On 4 Plus® Plus, your first set of teeth will be inserted on the day so you can go home with a brand new smile. Your final teeth will be inserted 2-3 days later.

If you opt for traditional full mouth implants, a healing period of 3 months is generally required before the final teeth can be inserted.

Step 4. Review & Follow Up Visits

A review of the surgery will be conducted 1-2 weeks post surgery to see how well you are healing.

Subsequently, you will need to come for regular checkup and hygiene visits every 3-6 months to ensure everything is healthy, clean and well maintained.

Sedation Options for Anxious Patients

Many people feel anxious about visiting the dentist, especially when it comes to dental surgery. This fear can stem from past experiences or sensitive oral nerves. For those dealing with dental anxiety and needing essential treatment, sleep dentistry offers a calming solution.

Oral Sedation

Oral Sedation

Sedation dentistry offers a calming solution by providing safe and controlled sedations during procedures. It allows patients to feel at ease, reducing anxiety and discomfort, resulting in a more pleasant dental experience.

Sleep Dentistry General Anaesthetic

General Anaesthetic

A general anaesthetic is given to you when undergoing a lengthy dental procedure. It induces unconsciousness, making the process painless for you and easier for the dental team to complete the treatment.

Happy Gas Dentistry

Happy Gas

Happy gas or laughing gas can help ease your stress and anxiety before a dental procedure. Nitrous oxide is a non-flammable, colourless gas used in many dental and medical procedures to relieve worries and help you to relax.
